About Alyssa

E-RYT, YACEP Yoga Teacher
Integrative Alexander Technique Teacher

Alyssa's classes are designed with heart and intention. Practicing with Alyssa is an opportunity to really get in touch: with your classmates, your body, mind and spirit. In addition to getting your groove on and having the opportunity to unleash and explore your intuitive body wisdom, you can expect to reflect on themes rooted in the rich philosophy and mythology of yoga. Alyssa's classes are creative yet grounding, with a healthy dose of soul food and a side of mindfulness and pranayama.

Alyssa is known for having a soothing voice and holding a supportive space in which students can immerse themselves fully into their flow.

Prior to dedicating herself to the path of yoga, Alyssa worked as a professional actor. She is now a graduate student of Naropa University's Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling Program.
