Join a group that meets every week on Zoom for an accessible practice, centering the needs of older adults.  Build balance mentally and physically, join a loving community, feel more at ease in your body and alleviate some aches and pains - all from the comfort of home. The pace of this class is deliberately slower and modifications are encouraged.
